hello people.im new to the weightlifting game so i have a couple of questions.i dont understand what i should and shouldnt b eating.im 6ft 2 and 200 pounds.im quite skinny but i want big arms and a much bigger chest.what should i b doing for these things?.i have dumb bells and a bar and alot of weights.i would like to be 250 pounds but i dont want to be fat.

theres alot of INFO on here.so is it poss to lose weight and gain muscle bulk?.im going to have to completely change my lifing plans.
Resting and eating is key. Like everyone else preaches on here: growth happens outside of the gym not inside. Learning how to eat is a very very important step in the right direction. It is the most difficult step to get over, but when you do..... you can basically control if you want to gain or lose weight.
