    cardio

alright, i found out my bodyfat this week (15.7%) and got a suggestion to do 30minutes of cardio before every workout by the gym attendent, program person... whatever you want to call them

i wanted to drop my BF to around 10%, keeping the same weight (90kgs, 200lbs)

should i do the 30minutes of cardio before every workout as suggested?

or do any of you have any suggestions?

    cheers,

me always hear AFTER lifting do cardio.
then your glycogen is depleted and you will be more likely to burn fat or some ****

IMO, After Cardio is a bad idea. You need to minimize muscle breakdown at this stack ....... food being the solution.

Do you cardio B4 breakfast and on non lifiting days 3 times a week. for no longer then 30mins.

I would definitely go with early AM cardio to burn off fat, but postworkout cardio has also worked well for me in the same respect. I have performed cardio postworkout when my glyocogen stores are low (similar to the morning) and its worked the same in my opinion.
