    Yello every one (new here)

    Hello everyone i have decided to start posting my journal and lifts on this site. IDk if any one know's XxHolyWarsxX but im hid bro. Ive been lifting for around a year and will be posting pics pretty soon.

    it would help if before you start posting, go through the site and read every single post on here and come back and ask more indepth question. Honestly i spent a good 2 months just reading posts after posts, and i joined when i ran out of things to read. hahaha.

    Yep, dont take it to personally if people jump down your throat for post redundancy. Read up as much as you can/care to and that way you wont be asking questions that have been asked 1000^10 times. There is a special part of this board for journals if you havent seen yet.
