    Coming back from injury...

Well about 3months ago i cut some tendons in my hand and messed up my leg a little bit. Next week ill be going to doctor so he can give me the OK to go back to the gym(I hope but he should say yes). What I really need to know is.

Since the tendons i ripped in my hand was my left hand its weaker then my right. Should I do the most I can with my left then do same with my right so that my arms grow evenly? Because I can do more with my right as of now so should I just do the reps/sets around my left arm?

Yes. Everything you do should focus on getting your left side equal to your right. Do plenty of DB work to start out. When alternating, always start left side first, then right and do equal reps. Don't try to force yourself too soon. It will come eventually. Trust me, I know how frustrating it is, I've been there.

    Good luck.

A year from now you'll have completely forgotten about it.
