    Change?

Anything? Am I hallucinating? I don't look bigger to me. Maybe it's all in my legs. First pic is at 135lbs, second two are 155. It's taken a year of solid training and on and off good dieting. Personal life has caused a few changes in income, so food isn't a constant. But I'm getting better. Sorry about not having a lot of angles, I don't have a digi cam, just a web cam.

My back has gotten huge as my deadlift has shot up from 225 to 315. That is, everything but my lats. What would YOU work on. Legs are solid. Critique me! Hit me with what you got!

you've filled out a bit more, your sholders are by far the stronger parts. I'm hoping to hit 155 this summer at 5'7 so i'm pretty much in the same boat as you, little money on and off trainning But this summer i'm difinatly going to hit 150 - 160.

Yeah, you've filled out some and you're pretty lean. Lovin the vascularity in the forearms. I looks like we started out at about same time and we're basically same size/build...I'm a bit over 5"10, I started out at 140, was up to 160, now cut down to just over 150 (I was getting a gut, lol, and its summer time!).

As to what to what to work on, its hard to tell from the angles/lighting, but i'd say your chest is lagging your arms and shoulders. Good job nonetheless!

Shoulders, lats, pecs, and thickness in your upper body is apparent.

Sorry if they're cropped funny. Stupid webcam. Alright, hit me again. Lighting is different from the first pic. Still I don't have as much definition now. I only hope I'm bigger.

Shoulders are great for your size. I think you need to hit the heavy flat bench some more b/c you need bigger triceps and chest to fill you out more. Or do my favorite for big triceps.... weighted dips, they will blow up your tri's.

good progress... its hard to pack on muscle when you're as lean as you are. keep up the good work!

Dude, those legs aren't bad at all. Calves could be thicker to look more proportionate, but you have great definition in your quads and nice hamstrings.

Toothpicks?? I agree with Guido, those quads are nice! And that's a good back shot, shows off the muscle/size gains you've made nicely, in my opinion. Keep it up man!

Actually I have a tiny frame. Barely 6" wrists. I have smaller hands than most people which makes it hard to dead sometimes. Love the wrist straps though.

"Fast food kills more people than hard drugs. McDonalds is the smack dealer of today. We are feeding ourselves things we wouldn't have fed animals 50 years ago. If you respect yourself, you wouldn't eat that crap."
    - John Davies of Renegade Training

"The trainee needs to look past the obvious solution to any problem and look for the real solution. For example, every arm training article in the last ten years to improve your arm circumference has included a workout based on curls and triceps extensions. Do you really think a lack of doing curls is the reason why most guys have less than impressive arms?

Every article on how to improve your chin-ups includes a program with a shitload of chin-ups in it. Is that all you've got? Improve your chin-ups by just doing more of them?

Really fucking cutting edge that is!"
