Yes. Taking a dump CAN be considered cardio.

Doesn't sound like a challenge to me. You'll probably pass 20 lbs easy. GL though

Yea. I went from 145-175 with no height gain. I went from 2500-4200 cals in 7-8months with barely any fat gain. I just started cutting May 1, and have my 4 pac back(167). Im ordering a six pac for early July. LOL.

So would I, execpt Id be all fat. It wouldnt matter how much/hard I lift... about 1/4 of those cals would be stored as fat everday in my body. Its not that I have a problem gaining muslce, its that I gain fat just as fast.

I plan on putting on 20 lbs from July to November. It's not terribly hard.

Im trying to get as much strength as i can while gaining as little weight as possible. Granted to get stronger you really do have to gain weight but im trudging along while staying between 150-155. Obviously to achieve my goal for this year im going to need to put on some weight but im hoping i wont exceed 175 lbs. As for you gaining 20 lbs hell yah you can do it, just eat right and lift lift lift!
