I'm trying to remember a workout routine I used to do that I found on these forums a little while ago, goes something like this.....
Moday
Chest and Back
Tuesday
Rest
Wednesday
Legs
Thursday
Rest
Friday
Shoulders and Triceps and Biceps
If anyone remembers it please let me know, thanks allot

Sorry but i don't understand what you need help with. You posted the split, so apparently you have it figure out. Do you need help with setting up exercises or sets/reps scheme?
