    not 100% sure but i think pre is more important than post. Or you could split your post shake in half and have half b4 and half after. (??)
    I'm not sure though

    Hmm. Your meal is at 9:00am and your workout at noon? That seems like a long time. I usually try to eat 1.5hours before my workout. Any way you can fit another small meal in maybe like at 10:30am? Otherwise it's probably still a good idea to take the pre-workout shake. I think the meal would me better though.


    I don't take pre-workout shakes. Also I think a post-workout shake is more important than a pre-workout shake.
