    WEIRD pain in chest...

Couple weeks ago I was throwing around a baseball with a friend, and I think I messed up or something cause it felt like I tore a tendon or something in my chest; it was real firey and hurt in the center of my pecs. The pain went away after a few days, and suprisingly it doesn't hurt at all to bench. BUT it does friggen kill to do any sort of weighted sit-ups and most ab work. I don't get it; why does a muscle or tendon in my chest make it almost impossible to do ab work?

maybe it was your very upper abs right off the tip of your sternum or the tendon attatching them to it that got screwed up.
