I posted about my trip in the OT board but what I didn't mention was that since the night we came back I've been sick. I've had a cough and congestion and a general malaise or fatigued feeling.
I'm pretty sure no one on the boat was sick but the water was by no means fully sanitary. I'm just hoping I don't have pneumonia or anything. Can you catch it in those type of conditions (i.e. swimming, diving into unclean water, jumping off a high cliff twice, etc.)?
What you're describing doesn't sound like pneumonia. I'm sure it's just a little cold. Rest up, eat and drink lots, pound vitamin C, and you'll be good to go in no time.

Like Drai said....fluids, a good multi, and some sleep for a couple days.
I know you're half-crazy, but I wish you'd go all the way.
