    Women's fitness questions

My wife is getting really motivated to get in shape. She is 24 yrs. old, 5'6" and weighs 128lbs. She wants to lose weight and tone up. She hits the eliptical trainer for ~30 minutes a day for 3-5 days a week in the gym. Afterwards she does some light weight on various machines, but she has no routine.

Does she need to do light weight with high reps?

I need a good routine for her. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Height: 6'2"
    Weight: 202

She doesn't eat much in terms of portions. I'd say she eats good. We are both working on eating healthier, but her weakness is sweets. She likes to bake.

If she did a WBB routine, what would be the best set and rep combo for her goals?
    Thanks

light weight high reps is fine for now but in a month or so she will need to change her routine. If she's gonna have sweets tell her to eat em after workout with some protein instead of any other time of the day.

Light weights high reps is a complete waste of time. And tell her to lift before she does her cardio.

Women and men should basically train the same.
