    Body Fat Measurement device.

There is some device I always see at the gym but never use because I don't know my height in centimetres, I just found out now & will measure tonight. You enter your age, height & weight and it gives your body fat when you hold on to the handles, is this accurate?

Most likely it is very inaccurate.

doubt it. I found that those electronic ones are very inaccurate. I'am currently at 13% averaged threw 3 skin fold tests and those electronic ones will have me anywhere from 13.9 to 15.9. Also temperature, how you hold it and time of day seems to affect it too. lol.

Thanks guys. It measured me at 15% which I thought was a few percent lower than I expected. I won't rely on this to much but I've made a note of it- to do with what you said about temperate, if you mean of me, I did do it at the end of my workout where I would be very hot.
