    Should I rep squats and deadlifts at the same amount of weight? Seems like quite a few of people on here have the same deadlift and squat maxes.

    The the most weight you can do for your desired set and rep range dont just model your numbers off other peoples lifts, alot of times thats what happens with deads and squats but theres no reason to hold one back because the other one is lower.
