    about how much fat could you gain on one cheat day?

    I usually average 2400 cals. regularly...but on cheat days I can handle around 5-6,000.....
    No matter how hard it rains......withstand the pain.

    3500 extra calories above maintenance calories is 1 pound

    ya....I know that.... but your body doesn't store all excess calories above your metabolism rate as fat......
    No matter how hard it rains......withstand the pain.
