I've mainly only been using the Foods section in my FitDay Account, but I've been thinking about starting to use the Activities section in FitDay. Are there any advantages to using it as to not using it?

I do track everything with a notebook, but sometimes being able to pop on the net and see how my weight, cals and cardio were related 6 months ago is cool.
I see. Thanks.

I use it, but I don't put too much into the numbers. I generally under estimate what I do so I don't eat too much later.

I was wondering if there are any devices you can buy that will telll you how many calories you have burned.
Also, how accurate are the treadmills in the gym in terms of how many calories you're used?
