Is it good or bad to run barefoot on a treadmill?
From what I know, running barefoot trains your feet and strengthens certain muscles in your foot that are not normally worked on while running with shoes. If and when these muscles become stronger, it will increase performance and durability.
I would assume that running barefoot on the ground and a treadmill would not be any different..
