    Man I wish I could do what these guys do. Thing is, it would take so many months of training and falling on my ass =\

    Anyway, check out the training/weightlifting section in the Parkour Articles. I was suprised at how accurate the info about lifting is, especially the olympic/powerlifting type stuff.

    If someone has a vid of toddlers doing this stuff, I'll watch.

    I have a vid that I haven't seen posted on this site which is the most impressive parkour I've ever seen. I'll post it later, its on my computer at home.
