So I was having a birthday party for a friend and there were strippers involved...anyway at one point this lady grabs onto a bar (like a pullup bar) and sticks her legs out infront of her like leg raises, and does some pullups. It was awesome looking for one but after the inital awe wore off my friend and I start questioning how hard it is. So we jump up and do a few. IT WAS AWESOME, I felt so much work in my abs. Does anyone do this as part of their workout (with clothes on I mean)? I think i will add it to my routine.
I heard two guy talking in the locker room
guy1: man i dont know what to do, i just lift whatever looks cool.
guy2: ya thats what everyone does here, no one really has a plan.
