    LOL!! hahha
Not your pics, the I hate tuna thing, bwahaha

As for you pics, looks like your putting on size, but as usual, im not gona be the only one to say it but work on the chest, i dont know how, cause i know youre already strong as horse on pressin movement, but i think your using your triceps and shoulders too much, try widening your grip maybe.
keep up the good bulking job partner.

Lookin' good, Sinep. One question: why is it that whenever people post pics, their legs are missing? I had no idea that there were so many amputee bodybuilders out there! Kudos to you for overcoming your amputation and building a great upper body! *wink*

You look great! Your traps and delts look huge! The chest is just hidden a little because your bodyfat is higher than in your other pics. I think you have excellent potential, and look great now.

Your not wanted by the FBI are you??? so show us all your face

sick delts and biceps bro I belive you can shift then 90lbers now.

On the bench press: pin your shoudler blades back when setting up for the bench and keep them there.
Resist the temptation to push your shoudlers forward to complete the movement keep them pinned back. This should put more of the load on your chest

try the supersets as cack said too they work

    show us them legs!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Delts Bro ....... they realy shine in the first lot of photos ... nice striations.

I think your shoulders maybe overpowering your chest on movements like benching and other pressing excersises. I'd try isolating the chest for a while.

    Keep up the good work.

your coming alomg nicely, try to pre-exhaust your chest before bench, it helps to achieve max stimulation in your chest before your delts and tris fail. you have the best set of delts ive ever seen on a young lad like yourself though.

keep it up, you look great.

Kat, oh I get it.. you want to be kissed? Oh come here you little.. *smack*
Cack, for once I'll listen to ya. I've never really applied pre-exhaust to my chest.. lets give it a try.
Ronan, I pretty much do that already.. I'm still gonna give strict emphasis on this next time.
I know my chest is my weakness (after numerous criticisms).. been working on it for years without much improvement although my strength on bench press is improving. Delt-Benchpresser, why do I have this problem and (mostly) others doesn't?

My friend, I had the same problem. The only thing I found that turned my chest into something only Jenny McCarthy could top was a change in bench form. Sacrifice some pressing weight for now, bring the bar to your neck with a wide grip. I know that's frowned upon by many. Sure it's more dangerous, sure it's a bit tougher, but if you have a good spotter and healthy shoulders, go for it. It'll waste your chest like no other exercise. Do it and grow a massive chest.

Sinep, i wasn't talking about pre-exhaust, although you could try that as well.

i did a set of bench, then went straight to flyes with no rest...worked much better than pre-exhaust for me.

Yeah, I agree with the boy toy on this one.

When doing pre-exhaust you have to be very careful, and you probably wont be able to use as much weight.

I sometimes also do the bench straight to flye sets - it works really nicely. The power is all in the hands, baby.
