    Weird feeling...

    When I am doing pushups or bench pressing and not any other exercise, only those two. I get these popping feelings under my skin on my arms, it doesn't hurt at all and it's not the bone...It happens on the outside of my arms, and outer shoulder, I don't hear any noise or anything...It's weird, anyone else heard or experienced something like this?
