hey, im new here and i searched for "body fat" but it came up with a fatal error so i looked but i didnt see a thread. i was wondering how all of you people figure out your %body fat. i am interested in getting mine because im 160 and i honestly dont have very much fat at all exept some on my belly.

Most people either do it with a skinfold test or a caliper test. You'll probably want to search the diet forum for additional information.

Isnt a skinfold test a caliper test? Use calipers to measure the skinfold. Maybe im out of my mind, it wouldnt be the first time.

I use calipers 99% of the time but I'll jump on those fancy scales, use any web based calculator I can find and take a mental average. My calipers cost me like $9.
can you get calipers at GNC?

Heres some info on that for you.
If you go to gym (not one assosciated with a high school or middle school usually) you can ask to get your bodyfat measured.
