    nsca-cpt for personal enrichment

    is there anyone currently studying for the NSCA-CPT exam? anyone without a background in physiology or exercise science?

    i've been thinking of studying and sitting for it, for personal enrichment and am wondering what it's like for someone who's not studying the human body or sports.

    there were sample exam questions on their website and i got 4/5, and i'm kind of wondering whether it will be that easy? i'm also wondering which exam review materials i should be studying.

    This is the personal trainer exam right? Does it cost anything to certify?

    haha 5 out of 5 on the practice, this thing is a joke if those are the types of questions on the actual test.

    I'm thinking about getting the CSCS at some point in time, but I haven't really looked much at the CPT.

    I wonder if thats how difficult the actual test is? If so that doesnt say much about most personal trainers.

    Maybe they try to bait you into taking the test with easy questions, then run shop on you once you're taking the real deal.
