that guy was sweet at candy. I can't believe that judge could say all that with a straight face. He was basically calling him a flaming fag in front of the entire USA. I kind of felt sorry for him, but if a dude wears nutters and a midgets button down shirt on TV then I guess he gets what he deserves.

or the blackchick berating the judge about 'locking' dance.

one of my favorite parts was the construction worker thinking he could rap and trying to promote his cd. not only was he put down by a short egotistical black guy, he couldnt even dance.

    Holy ****....
*adds to very short list of programs I would actually go out of my way to watch.*
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

This show is so comedy. 2 girls said they were injured, then went all out during a freestyle with no apparent injuries.

It was great- I thought Blake (the professional dancer) was really great at the tryouts but what a dickhead!!!

I loved the hip-hop class when they showed the two girls battling it out freestyle and when the gentle mattress guy went up against Nick in freestyle and matched his moves- that kicked ass! Inspiration++ (gotta get me to a dance class).

This show beats american idol's poppy ass. I love it. Russian Rocket's title about the little gay guy and the ribbon, LMAO I watched that part and he was feminine as it gets.

Except she's a fat white chick. Other than that, same thing.
Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

Yeah I think melody rocks too, she has the best form.

For some reason I think my advanced hip hop class is more hardcore then anything they show. They make me memorize an entire routine 3 minutes long, in 10 mins then perform it individually for the class. I wish they have something like that!!
