Well seems like I will be ending my bulking earlier then expected because of something I have upcoming on the 7th of April leaving me aproxametely 6 weeks! wish I had more time forthis arg! well here is my diet

I am pretty much using a 40/40/20 protein/fat/carb
That is about 240 g protein
120 carb
106 fat

Will try that for awhile and see how fat loss goes

am now about 5'11 183 lpbs bodyfat will be posted tomorrow a soon as I take it in the morning. Will also take pics every week to track progress and get some feedback on

1/2 cup oats in water
8 Egg whites
1 tbsp flax

1/2 cup brown rice
4 oz chicken
2 whole eggs

11:15
1/2 cup brown rice
4 oz chicken
2 whole eggs

3:00
1/2 cup brown rice
1 can Tuna
2 tbsp pb

5:00
1/4 cup brown rice
4 oz steak

7:00
salad with 5 oz salmon

Daily it changes not by much though like steak instead of tuna or chicken and oats instead of rice. Everything is non processed whole foods

I am supplementing with vitamin c and a multi
I am ordering glutamine and will start that when I receive also will be using clen for a period of time to see how it goes.
