    problem eating early-mid day

i dont know what it is but i have a really hard time downing food early morning to around 3-4pm. its not like im starving myself, i can still get in 2500-3000 calories a day but i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they stop it because its kind of inconvenient during a bulk.

You know...now that i stop to think about it, when i first started to bulk (my very first time seriously trying to pack on weight) i had the same prob. But then i found that after doing it for so many days/weeks...its almost as if my body went into autopilot and it got used to eating at certain times of the day. If your still having a problem, there is always meal replacement shakes (liquids are alot easier to down then real food). Also, are you breaking your meals up into smaller meals throughout the day?

Eating or drinking before 10 or 11 am causes me extreme pain. When I chose to start losing weight and working out I chose to endure it. It had dominated my life for almost two decades and I'd had enough.

It doesn't bother me as much anymore, most mornings. If my body can adjust anyone's can.
