    Knee feels like crap, ugh; pleae help

    So I deadlifted today, and maybe (I'm not sure), but before I did there might have been some soreness in my knee, not noticeable. Anyway, I deaded and have been walking around all day. Now my knee feels like it has horrific DOMS. What's up? I didn't think you could get DOMS in joints. It's killer. Did I **** it up?

    Bursitis? Or it could be a strained ligament?
