You DO have a good base - you're very proportional. Nothing to do but overeat and lift stuff.

And I've been lifting weights the right way for about two months. Bench and squat are low, but its understandable given I had to have major reconstruction on one ankle and I've destroyed my collarbone twice now. Not standing for that long just atrophied my quads something fierce. But I got my deadlifts!
