    Fat Face

    I have a fat face and i wonder if there is any exercise or anything to make my face look slimmer. Please help, thank you.

    Is the rest of you fat as well? If you lose overall body weight (proper diet and weight training), you may lose fat on your face as well as the rest of you.

    Squats work better than supplements.
