Hey KeMiKaL, I think I got 21 from measuring at the midpoint. If I measure at the largest circumference it's 23.5. All right, I gained 2.5 inches!

And to everyone else, thanks for the encouragement. I won't let you all down hehe.

Nice! Thickness in the upper body is matched by the wheels - SO nice to see.

Keep bulking, then kindly cut for next summer, 'k? I'm planning to have my mid-life crisis then. :evillaugh

I'll try to find a photo, but it'll be hard to find one in which I'm not wearing a shirt. Before I started I was 160-165 pounds of unfit goodness and had 12.5" guns. My legs were slightly smaller, but I naturally have big legs. My mom told me that when I was born the doctor commented on my calves, but she was probably teasing me.

Again, thanks for the positive feedback everyone. There are so many weightlifting forums out there but a friend suggested this one because of the supportive people. And Built, I'll do anything you ask hehe..

    an update

it's been ages, so here's an update:
[wrote this to Guido since he said we were about the same size and look what happened to him]
I'm about 192 now, so I still don't know what it feels like to walk around with 200 pounds. I started taking weight gainer (cytogainer) and that pushed me past 190 pounds, but I feel that I'm slowing down. Then again I shot up to 190 pounds really damn fast with that stuff. Now might be more normal and human-like.

If anyone has any tips on how to increase my caloric intake, let me know. I find it hard to eat that much solid food, and I'm already downing the cytogainer (an extra 1500 calories a day). Could be my fast metabolism I'm fighting against. When I have some time I'll search for the thread on this - I'm sure it's here.

    Thanks!

I'll mention this because no one else did. But, especially in the last picture, your traps look nice and mean. They fit well with the rest of your body. Definitley well proportioned.
