    Moderate Morning Cardio

    I wake up every morning at 6a.m. Monday thru Friday. I was wondering if I jump on my stationary bike first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will my fat burning excellerate? I am not talking high intreval training but moderate level 1 type biking. 20 minutes max.

    My usual cardio comes right after my weight training for about 20 minutes at about mid intensity.
    Your run of the mill prototipical endomorph.
    Strong to the finish, cause I eats me spinach!

    You're doing your cardio the same way I do mine. 20 minute walk first thing in the AM, 20 minute fast incline walk after lower body workouts, 20 minutes of combined HIIT/fast incline walking after upper body workouts.

    This, combined with lifging and careful diet, has been how I did my most recent cut.

    Yeah my routine is 6 days of weight training I work a body part a day.

    Mon,Tue,Wed are all work days Thu-off and Fri and Sat are two more work day with Sun being my second off.

    cardio is 6 days a week with sun being my off day from all training.

    I figure adding some light cardio in the morn will help burn more fat.
