    bulk with tuna?

i sit at work all day and was wondering if it is a good idea to eat about 20 grams of protein from tuna, its quick and easy and cheap, would this help me bulk say if i had one can every hour or two? or is this not a good thing to go off? any input would be appreciated..

Tuna is good protein, but is rather low in the calorie area. If you are wanting to up your calorie intake because you are on a bulk, there are much better things than tuna to eat.

Isn't Tuna dangerous to eat daily? Sorry if this sounds like bull**** but someone told me that it promotes mercury poisoning?

I certainly wouldn't suggest eating it every hour.

one great snack i like is a cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of dry peanuts..... its a great mix......

another is 4oz chicken breast on flax bread with half an avocado ...yum!

or make your own MRP's .....

a good start is oats, milk, whey, blueberries, and olive oil....

variation would be PB and banana instead of the blueberries and olive oil....

personally i do one of each...blue berries in the morning, banana and pb for lunch

I try to avoid nuking too much food, prefering to heat in pots or pans at home
