I keep getting these popped blood vessels (atleast i think thats what its called). Some of it appears to be from squats( a line of red ), some of it appears to be from this squat machine thing or standing calf raise machine( red in the shape of a rectangle ). I was wondering if there is something i should do to make these marks go away faster?
It's just bar burn. It will go away in a few days.

I read to put a towel under your shirt. I tried this and ended up with shoulders filled with splotches of burst vessels instead of a nice neat row. Your mileage may vary...

Just keep doing them and you won't get them anymore after a while. I never get them on my neck/shoulders anymore. Just sometimes on the tops of my thighs or armpits from wearing deadlift suits or bench shirts.

Dude, there are few things that are more hard core. Show them off with pride.
:withstupi I agree. Falls under the same category as calluses. Mark of a member of the brotherhood of iron, so show it off.
Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right!
