does protein go bad or not

ok so every night i make a casein shake, drink half and goto sleep

in the morning at 7am i wake up to take a piss, and drink the other half of the casein.

does the casein, since it's been sitting for 7 hrs, lose any nutritional value?

iive heard it does and it doesnt, who knows what they're talking about here?

    thx

Uh.......what? No it won't lose any nutritional value. You're not leaving it on the counter for 7 hours, are you?

It's not gonna lose any more nutritional value than it did sitting the 7 hours prior to your drinking the first half.

assuming you store it in the fridge over night, it's fine.
but don't add creatine to any protein shake that'll sit for long. it rapidly breaks down into useless creatinine.
