yeh it depends on the week if u look further up one week ill do db curl first then maybe preacher, the next week maybe seated bd then hammer curl. i just chop n change read further up and ull see

to be honest all 3 are as good exercises and if you are curling heavy with any one of them you will have decent sized biceps
Personally, I prefer the EZ, though my routine goes like this:
EZ curls 1 x 6, 1 x 10
Seated dumbell Curls 1: 6, 1 :10
Hammer curls 2 x 10

Incline db's are good. So are bb's. So are pull-ups.
I constantly mix it up, but Hammer curls are almost always included, even if its' only 2 sets. heavy hammers will rock your bi's and forearms.

i find Bi work very boring, i pretty much switch up exercises every time i do bi.

I only do compound movements like Rows and Chins and these movements = very large Biceps
doing the same exact move with db vs. bb doesn't do much...however using db's does prevent you from cheating with your stronger arm, and thus corrects strength/size imbalances. there's no reason to not use db's and bb's for curling, just mix it up.Originally Posted by dasher
but, doing hammer curls, then bb curls..that hits different muscles to different degrees. same goes for preacher curls. that's why I made my comment that I almost always include hammers.
