    Whats the minimum someone at 5'10 should cut at?

    It doesnt just depend on youre height. There are many factors. But usually around 2-2.5k is it.

    No I mean how much you weigh. I know it varies for person but generally it would be stupid to cut at like 130 pounds even if you have a lot of fat. I'm wondering what the ideal weight for cutting is.

    It really depends on how much fat you feel like you can carry. Most people go off if they can see there abs or not. If they can they keep bulking, if they can't they start to cut. I don't feel theres a simple answer for what your asking.

    That's what I thought you originally meant.

    It all depends on what body fat % the person is comfortable carrying around.
