    No-Xplode

i've been taking it for a week. 45 min. before my workout on an empty stomach 2 scoops w/ 8-10 oz. of water, and on off days 1 scoop w/ 4-6 oz. of water on an empty stomach, like it recommends. Unfortunantly, about 3+ hours after i take it i always have to go to the bathroom, like outta no where, anyone else have this happen.

This is like the hundredth NO-Xplode thread this week.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Maybe your brain is trying to crap its way out of your body and commit suicide because it was stupid enough to actually buy NO-Xplode...

But when it doesn't work for ANYONE I seriously doubt it works for you. Unless your body is different from everyone elses, its still a waste of money.

The verdict of 'waste of money" that we (this site as a whole) have given this product is not becuase of it's ability ability to "work" or not "work." In all reasonableness, the product does what it is supposed to.

It is deemed as a waste of money b/c there are many other things to spend money on before this particular product.

Yeah, it's safe. It's just an amino acid. You should be spending money on food.

Yes this happened to me too. Some people are more sensitive to arginine based products than others. I've tried just about every NO supplement out there, and all of them have uspet my stomach except for Labrada Super Charge. I first tried NOx2 by Pinnacle, which gave me cold sweats, cramps and diareah and made me very tired, and the NOxplode and the SuperPump250 put me on the can for an hour - the only thing that was "pumping" was...well...you get the picture.

It all comes down to individual tolerance and using a quality product that is pH delivered and that doesnt bomb your system all at once with more than it can handle.

Or you could just eat animal flesh all day long and get plenty of arginine that way.

First of all, why do you STILL want to buy this stuff after you have just read people slagging it off in two different threads? Is the marketing really that good that you will buy it anyway even after listening to peoples opinions?

And no, why would your gains go away? NO-xplode doesn't help you gain muscle so you wont lose it when you stop.

It worked for me. It's gave me a pronounced pump which is why I bought it. I will admit that after being enlightened about it's active ingredients, it is a rip off.

Why is it that NOXplode gets debated on, over and over and over again? Who cares if people buy it or not. Do what YOU WANT. It gives you a pump, and energy. Basically exactly what it claims. Is it worth it? Maybe, maybe not. Do you want more energy and more pump?? If the answer is yes then buy it! If your answer is no then great, dont buy it! Can you get the same results for cheaper? Probably. Do I care? Hell no. Am I the only one that is sick of seeing so many threads on this topic?

Aaahhh I feel much better now for letting that out.

    Yes.

Although no-xplode and creatine are different, creatine actually has proven benefits.
