Now here are the proper ones.
Question is: Should I cut? Or wait till I get to 200 - 210 lbs? Or should I change my routine so I can fill out what I do have better now? As you can see I still have no chest..![]()

Huge improvements everywhere, it's really your decision about whether you want bulk or cut.

I would hit your chest more often. Make sure to concentrate on it and give it more volume than your other body parts, which very much dwarf your chest.
Also, losing bodyfat really brings out whatever chest muscle you have, too, but I would bulk and try to bring that chest up before cutting down.

i would say to definitely hit that chest harder.. maybe twice a week if you can swing it.. and then maybe get that chest hair removed when you're ready..![]()

Do what you feel suits you man if you can stand bulking bulk on up. But as a little motivation to ya, the more you bulk now considering winter is coming the better you will look when you cut down during the summer man. Think about it, reguardless of what you choose to do, I say full speed ahead brother!

Hey.. Definitely time to cut.. You seem to have a pretty good size on you. Also if you feel that your not as big as u want. You can add more mass to you when your ripped.. Never to late! Just make sure your adding muscle not too much fat..
