Difference between whey isolate and concentrate?

What is the difference between concentrate and isolate. I was about to buy a tub for the second time and noticed that the concentrates are all alot cheaper. Is it important I have isolate post workout or will concentrate be fine.?

I'm sure people were gaining muscle long before we could differentiate isolate and concentrate.

The difference between isolate and concentrate is not worth the elevated price of isolate. Another thing to consider is that the isolate produced horrible, horrible gas for me. I returned to the cheaper concentrate and the lethal @ssfumes subsided. I've read of others having this trouble too, or I wouldn't have mentioned it.
