Sorry to hear about the break up Dan, Mef is right, if you need to vent there is a pretty stupid geordie on the board who you can take it out on with various "insults" as you call them, invloving jeff etc...

And if you get bored of that then we always both take the p i s s out of Anthony the L ....

Like the rest of the peeps said, if you need someone to just take out your frustration on we're all here for you. Like my mate Rob said, we can toss around some insults and screw around with our favorite whipping boy...Anthony . Just remember to use the frustration as motivation for beating the hell out of the iron, cause once you've whipped the iron for a good hour or so you are just not gonna feel like whipping anything else.
May you be in heaven an hour before the devil knows you're dead.

My mate Rob has the best idea - lets all insult hermaphrodite Anthony the Loser for a bit. That way, everyone will win!

Hulk, when life takes a big $hit on me, I try to turn it around and use it to my advantage. Just use the recent events in your life as fuel for the fire. This kind of BS gives me extra intensity and insanity in the gym...as if I really need it.

    Hulk,

Don't worry man. Things will get better. And like the others have said, use this to your advantage. If you need to talk, let me and the others know. You got friends here.

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"
