    Heading to McDonalds/Burger King...

What do you get when your trying to eat healthy? My usual is...

2 Plain Hambergers with nothing but ketchup on them
1 Grilled Chicken Sanch with nothing on it
    1 OJ
    1 Water

Thats about 700 calories with 35 grams of protein and itll cost you around 6.00 bucks.

    What do you usually get?

When trying to eat healthy I don't go to McD's or BK...if I have to eat fast food, then it's subway. But it's still fast food.

If you go eat fast food, there isn't any point to try and eat healthy, since you've already made the decision to cheat.

If i'm eating clean I avoid fast food like the plague. If you absolutely have to, I would get the salad or something like that. Unless you are doing a cheat day, in which case order whatever the F you want.

Only the sandwiches that say 6 grams of fat or less would be considered healthy. The footlong meatball sub, for instance, is almost 2000 calories.

Bah. Each of them is loaded with over 1000 mg of sodium and that's without getting salt put on it. That's half your daily recommended in on shot. Not a concern for most bodybuilders... now that I've lowered my blood pressure even I'm not that anal about it anymore (though I still try to keep to 2000 as much as possible)... but for your average fatass the extra sodium certainly doesn't help their waistline any.

Since when does having a high caloric value make something unhealthy?
