    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Hey Guys

New to the board and thought id ask a question about some EV Olive Oil i saw in a health food store it had the words organic unrefined, cold pressed not genetically altered, non-gmo seed stock on the label. Now what i would like to know is if there is any difference between the EV Olive Oil in the super market that has first cold pressing, and all natural written on the label other than the fact its half the price??

Cheers hope someone can help me out here

The ratios don't matter. Just the levels.

How many grams of protein? of fat? What do you weigh? Rougly what LBM?

My first thought is you might want to go lower on the carb, and a lot higher on the fats for a cut.

You look great, and I'm old - bodyhair didn't bother my generation LOL!

Eat a bit more fat. Aim for 0.5g/lb LBM or more for fats. You're hitting your protein target.

When I cut, I also up the fats quite a bit. First thing in the morning I have a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Oilive Oil and 3 fish oil capsules. I then take 9 more fish capsules throughout the day and then at night I eat cottage cheese mixed with 2 tablespoons of Barleans Flax Oil. I also eat a variety of good fatty foods throughout the day. I lost 35 pounds in 6 months doing this along with a calorie deficient diet.

You need at least 90g of fat. Try throwing some natty pb in there.

ed: and EFAs like Omega 3 fish oil should help you hit the fat target. Carbs are the devil - cheap, tasty, plentiful. I'm having a problem right now with carbs because I'm a broke ass college student and I can't afford any good lean meat.

    Cheers for the info guys.
Ive increased the fats to around 90 grams now, it seems to be working well with food cravings and starting to look a little leaner but i guess thats water weight in this short amount of time.
