If you're not growing in size anymore, you've either reached your genetic maximum potential for growth, or you're not giving your body enough raw materials to continue growing.
Since I'm assuming you're the second scenario, post your diet and there are lots of people who could help with that.

Also, you need to change things up with regard to your set/rep protocols. What kind of parameters have you been using to date?
frank, do you do any triples, doubles for high sets? I would throw in some days of high sets, 2-3 reps for sets, to change it up - maybe once a week. 12x2 (4-5RM), 10x3 (6RM), etc. - however, it depends upon your goals. If strength w/ no hypertrophy, 3x3, 3x5, 6x2, etc. is fine - if, however, you are seeking strength and hypertrophy, then yes, you need to increase # of sets as you decrease reps per set.
