I've been bulking for about 3 months now and have came to the point where I need to add more calories to continue to bulk. I started my bulk at around 2,800 and increased it to 3,600 just yesterday. Well now since I've did that in one night it seems I've gained 1lb. I realize that it could be water weight, but when I weigh it is in the morning after I have taken a leak. So should I go ahead and drop the calories to say 3,400? My goal is to only gain about 1lb a week.
it may be just water. wait another day or two with the same calories, and if you gain too much, yes, drop the calories some.
