Does anyone else loose some major weight when they take a break from bulking? I decided to take a break from lifting, and lost 8 pounds in one week! Is it because I stopped taking creatine?
I don't know, creatine retains water in your muscles, so it's possible you were obscenely hydrated when 7you last weighted yourself, and then slgihtly dehydrated when you weighted yourself recently. so i mean, water weight variation?
Bench: 180 (5x+)
DL: 265 (5x+)
Squat: 280 (5x+)
6'2 190lbs so weak!
Well, when he says he lost 8lbs and just by his tone I'm guessing he weighs less than 180. And under 180ish it gets kinda difficult to lose 8lb of water just from ceasing creatine. When I stopped taking creatine at 260, I only lost like 2-3lb.
