The thing about FF is that their all too different from one another, even if the style/conecpt is the same. The only story of all the FF's I liked was 7's... I played and finished 7, 8, 9 and Tactics and played 10 but never finished it.

The Final Fantasy series started to lose apeal to me when they started to intruduce that "gun blade" type stuff. Actually, I considered that completely ******ed. I did however, enjoy FF7 quite a bit, but certainly not FF8. I gave up on the series when FF8 came out after playing it for, oh... Possibly 5 - 6 hours.
I wish they would return back to the midieval times.

Quality workout, the pullovers expand the entire upperbody and the flys hit my delts and traps.

Followed up real nicely on those 21's...entire workout was super, mean business overall.
Daaamn man high volume on those workouts, my biceps would pop off my arms if I tried to do that many reps with 21's.

Really good IN AND OUT workout, pullups are king and who ever said BTN are bad is wrong because my lats were getting crushed, its weird because with hammer grip i can do +45 x 4 but BTN and palms out are hard for me.

Good to give yourself more days at the gym to see how you feel towards it, my 5 day split was similiar.
