I've posted my diet before but here is a little more detail for those who wanted my fat and carb count. 5'11 175-180

Now I need some more fat in there could Fish Oils be something I add?
Should i take my PWO shake during off days, if so should I just take out the creatine and dextrose? P.S. these shakes taste so good, I look forward to drinking them.
I've been neglecting to eat the cottage cheese, its horriable, I've managed to eat down about 2 cups in a week. I need to go to the grocery store and buy some blueberrys and see how that works. Any gueestions here would be nice
Could I subsitute the CC for some tuna, or even some more peanuts to up the fat?
I've also got a tip to buy a george forman grill for my dorm room and maybe take out one of my 6in subs and make some chicken and have some variety in my diet, I might end up doing that as well. I also add a glass of milk sometimes too when i get thursty.
Should I also look into vitamins or do you think I'm getting a good diet and dont need to take them.
