    Great bulking food

    My grandfather made this tonight for supper, and as I went through the ingredients, this would pwn for bulking:

    Rice
    big chunks of beef roast
    carrots
    celery
    light chicken broth
    peas
    chunks of potatoes

    simple, yet effective. Pretty clean, too.

    Sounds like stew, but with rice.
    Double the meat and potatos and ditch the rice that will blow up in your stomach stopping you from consuming mass galons of the stuff and you should be good to go.
