Hey, I was curious how many people here do direct arm work? I havent done any direct arm work in a few weeks and i swear my arms feel bigger than before......wierd.
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

5-6 sets of direct bicep work, 5-6 sets of direct tricep work a week (two exercises for each, 6-12 reps)
i do, twice a week

I work them once a week 2-3 sets for bis and 2-3 sets for tris.

I do Dips which targets the tris but no Isolations on Bicep or Triceps. I bulked 12lbs and gained 1/2" on my arms without no direct arm work.![]()
No direct work for Tris or Bis. I only do DB Bench, Dips, Chins and Seated Pulley Rows and my arms are quite large doing 350lb(BW+125) Dips.
generally no. Maybe every other week I will do a couple sets of biceps.

I'll do 2-4 sets of various curls at the end of my back day, once a week. Other than that, it's all compound work for my arms.

Very rarely. Maybe a couple sets for tri's and bi's once a month.

2 sets of BB curls and 2 sets of DB curls, done after my back workout.
I do close grip bench and dips for tris, but those really arent isolating the tris as much as the curls isolate the bis.
I havnt done bicep work but maybe 3 times in the last few years lol

One a week... day 3 of WBB1
The dips and bench on day 1 hit the triceps a little I guess and the rows hit the biceps a little but it's not "direct arm work".
I do 5 sets for bi's and 6 sets for tri's once a week..
I can't remember the last time I did a curl.
