Every time I try to use the glute ham raise I end up quitting because it hurts or I think I am doing it incorrecty. Am I just a pansy or am I doing it incorrectly or could the machine suck? When I'm on the machine, the peak of the hump is a couple of inches above my knees, and my toes are against the panel. When I go up it feels like the edge of the hump is digging into my quads, and throughtout the whole exercise my quads hurt.
Do you have an actuakl glut ham machine or just a fancy hyper bewench.
Pics would be great if ya got them.

Yes, the gym has an actual glute ham raise, and I think I'm doing it like that video, but it hurts alot. I'll try to get a picture next time I'm there.
