    omg teh secret to golden brown crispy crepes w/o the butter

    add a serving of dehydrated milk to the batter.

    3 egg
    vanilla
    1 cup skimmed milk
    1 tbs lite olive oil/canola
    1/3 cup dyhydrated milk
    2 tsp honey

    beat just until thouroughly mixed

    3/4 cup of ww flour (i used hi-protein (bread) wwflour)
    mix just till integrated, (if possible let sit in fridge for 1 hour/overnite)

    Cals: 865
    protein: 48
    fat: 31
    carbs: 103
    fibre: 11

    hm, i never really counted, i'd guess maybe a dozen. depends on how big you make them.
